Guide 02 / visible-detail inspection

QC is a visual check, not authentication.

Warehouse photos can help you notice the wrong item, visible defects, colour differences and measurement problems. They cannot prove materials, hidden construction or authenticity.

Use a fixed review order

  1. Confirm the item, colour and selected option against the order record.
  2. Check the overall shape before zooming into logos or stitching.
  3. Review every supplied angle for visible marks, damage and asymmetry.
  4. Use measurement photos when sizing is important; do not infer a fit from the label alone.
  5. Ask the purchasing agent what remedies are currently available before accepting or rejecting the item.

Keep the boundary visible

Image quality, lighting and camera angle can hide or exaggerate differences. A QC label in this catalogue means only that the observed source page showed QC media. It is not a quality score, approval or guarantee.
